Biography.

From the very moment Paitence had taken her breath of life, she had fated to be a Hunter, for when you hold the O'Connor name you drop into a world of chaos and a never ending battle to rid the world of the Moon Curse. Paitence daughter Kitty and Colin O'Connor, had the same upbringing anyone born into her family had. She was raised in blood, raised to uphold her families fate and rid the world of werewolves. Being the eldest daughter of 12 brothers and sisters, Paitence was pushed harder than anyone, she was made to be perfect and never except failure. To her family killing werewolves was not just a mission but a art as well.

She lived and breathed violance like it was second nature to her, the perfect killing machine. By the time she turned 13 years old she had already murdered and killed over 200 werewolves, pleasing her family and fufilling the O'Connor Call was all she knew. However as she turned 18, she started to find herself more and more depressed. Killing had become too easy to her and the endless smell of blood and death made her senses numb to it. Her mind started forming questions, questions that were never uttered outloud but screamed in her heart and mind. The loudest of all the questions gave her headache, "What's the point..." This question was the loudest.

She was tired and unfocused and her mother Kitty took notice of this, out of all the O'Connor's Kitty was the gentle one, the mother who only lived for the sake of her children but obeyed the house none the less. Kitty approached Paitence and suggested that she take a break from Hunting and try going to college instead, at first Paitence was reluctant of her mother's idea. However, Paitence knew that maintaining a high education level was just as important as eliminating the Moon Curse. However, Kitty told her if she choose to go to college she would not be allowed to Hunt until she graduates. Shocked that her mother would say such a thing, she questioned why it was her mother wanted her not to hunt. She told her, "Because its starting to consume your soul..." Her words to her were firm but gentle at the same time.

At first she thought her mother's words ridculas and thought the whole idea was stupid and a waste of time. So after refusing her mother, Kitty decided to take the matter to the head of the household himself, Christopher... Christopher saw an oppurtunity for his own selfish gain, so to even Kitty's suprise he agreed that Paitence should attend college. He himself ordered Paitence to go to college and that she was to attended Washington State University and she was not to act or engage in Hunter activities unless other wise instructed to do so by him personally. Paitence unable to refuse the Head of the Family reluctantly agreed to do so. No one in that moment seeing Christopher's true purpose.

Paitence who had never associated with anyone outside her own family, had been thrown into a world where strangers surrounded her in massive hoards. The first day of college the young 18 year old, felt lost for the first time in her life. She found herself standing off to the side alot of the time, trying her best to keep contact with others to a minumum. Staying focused only on her studies so she could get through this as fast as possible. She found comfort in her solitude, that was until a dark hair young man approached her, "Hey your Paitence right? My name is Zeek! I was wondering if you could do me a favor?"

Narrowing her eyes up at the blue-eyed male, "A favor?"

"Yah! See I am in your Mythology class and I know we have to work in partners for the upcoming project and I was wondering if you would please, please be my partner! Its just you seem to know alot about Egyption mythology, I was imprised by the insight you gave about Egyption Gods." He said lightly scratching the back of his head nervously and looking at her with a big smile on his face.

Paitence blinked confused, "That project doesn't require a partner...." Before she could finish her sentence he fell to his knees in front of her and placed his hands above his head, flushing the palms together."

"I know! Please, please I am one point from failing and I really need the credit, I am begging you."

Her expression turned empty and she felt a little annoyed, "So you want to use me to get a credit is that it?" She couldn't help but notice a small pendent he wore around his neck, it was was a small cross that had a wolf-like image wrapped around it at the top of the cross the wolf held a small blue-colored gem. For a moment Paitence thought the pendent seemed familiar in a way. But the moment passed when he spoke up.

"Oh no, no! Don't get the wrong idea its nothing like that!" He sighed and looked up at her, "Truth is I have noticed you for a while... You are always out here sitting by yourself and you look... I don't know... Like you are in your own world half the time. The report was really just an excuse so I could get a chance to talk to you.... Sorry for the deception!" He said looking up at the sky trying to hide the slight crimson blush on his face and let out a awkward laugh. His words rang true in her ears and she didn't know why but in that moment she found his words had shaken something inside her. She stared at him a moment, there was something about him that inticed her and drew her in. However it was more of an uneasy feeling that anything, she couldn't quiet put her foot on it.

She sighed closing her book and standing up while swinging her sholder bag over her head, "I am not someone you really want to get close too. However, I will help you with the report but you will pull equal weight on the project or you can find someone else to help you. Is that acceptable?" She started to making her way down the path when he called out to her before she left.

"Sure if that is what you want? But can I ask you one thing?" He said as she turned her head to look back at him.

"Whats that?"

"What's your favorite color?" He said with a goofy smile on his face.

She blinked, slightly annoyed but she had to admit no one had every really asked that question to her before, "To be honest I don't really know, I never had any need to have a favorite color before."

"WHAT! No way everyone needs a favorite color its a right of passage to humanity! Hey! I got it sense you are helping me out with the project I will help you find out what your favorite color is! Deal!" He said extending his hand out to her.

Now she really did think this guy was crazy as she looked from his face to the hand he offered her, then reached out with own hand and grasped his, "Ok? Deal I guess?"

That was the moment of the beginning, the beginning that would soon turn Paitence's whole world upside down, question everything she ever knew and challenge who she had become to who she was meant to be.

As the weeks past and she got to know Zeek more and more, she had soon become accustomed to having him around. He seemed to open her eyes up to the world around her, seeing the beauty of things rather than just seeing them for what they were. Zeek had what she came to know is an artist's eye, seeing the world through his eyes was something she enjoyed and before she knew it, it had already began to change her. She found herself enjoying school, making conversation with people and engaging herself in fun things and activities.

However, one day while on summer break Zeek had decided to take her on a camping trip up at the cascades, Zeek actually lived in the area and thought it would be an excellent oppurtunity to show her a little of his world. During the hike the pair trailed up the mountain side until they reached the top, the view was gorgous the crystal blue lake sparkled in the light of sun making it like diamonds.

"Its so beautiful..." She said gazing at the view.

She heard Zeek beside her, "It sure is..." However little did she know that he was actually not looking at the view at all. They stayed at the top of mountain till dusk, laughing, smiling. Never before had Paitence felt so peaceful and relaxed. She forgot about being a Hunter, forgot her fate and destiny, all she was in that moment was free and nothing more than a woman enjoying herself. Zeek looked over at her, "Blue."

She blinked, "What?"

"Your favorite color is blue! You always light up when you see it, like the lake, the pencil I gave you that you got so excited about and the lake... Yah no doubt in my mind, your favorite color is blue..." He said as he looked over at her his eyes slightly glazed by the light of the slowly setting sun. She smiled at him and simply shook her head, "Your right it is my favorite but its not because of all that other stuff..." She said blushing lightly.

"Oh no?"

She shook her head again, "No, its because blue is the color of your eyes...." She said blushing even brighter. That was moment he reached over and placed his lips upon hers, their kiss was powerful and passionate. It was like something something more dominate and possive came over Zeek as he grabbed her and pulled her close. However, he pulled back after a moment giving her a chance to breath, "I want you to have this..." He said removing his pendent and putting it on her, "A gift of blue to celebrate finding your true favorite color..." He laughed.

That's when she felt it, the pulse of his blood in his veins. It had been the pendent the whole time that hid it from her, her smile faded as she looked at him. As a Hunter they had been blissed with certain abilities that allowed them to sense and track a werewolf... Her heart began to race in her chest and her eyes widened with a mixture of shock and fear. Her heart dropped to her stomach as she gaze at him, reaching behind her she slipped her hand into her back pack and grasped the long rod of her Van Helsing Silver Stake. Zeek's expression changed and he looked at her curiously, then he looked down his expression suddenly serious, "Pai? Are you..." Before he could finish she took out the stake and pressed it against the skin on his arm, the silver burned into his flesh and he leapt back from her his eyes flashing a deep crimson.

Paitence's eyes filled with tears as she rose to her feet and looked at him and he looked back, his eyes narrowed to her silver stake which was pointed toward him, she slowly stood up on her feet her breathing hard. Zeek's eyes went back to being blue his expression seemed just as shocked as she was, "You-you're a hunter? Pai..." He said taking a step toward her.

"Stay the fuck back! God I am so stupid..." Her mind began to race, tears streamed down her eyes. She had indeed let her guard down and opened her heart only to be decieved. She looked at Zeek... No the werewolf that stood before her, her most hated enemy. Reaching in her bag she drew out her hand gun and aimmed it at Zeek, her figure firm on the trigger. Zeek looked at her and looked at the gun and threw up his arms, "Pai I..."

"SHUT UP! You... decieved me..." She said looking up at him, the call of the Hunter burned inside her, it crawled its way to the surface. It demanded her to pull the trigger, yet her heart was screaming don't, the face of the monster in front of her was Zeek's face. The same Zeek she had grown fond of, the one that taught her how to laugh and smile, the one who she had just kissed. She felt herself ripped in two, he made no advance toward her and he looked just as shocked and hurt as she was. She knew what she had to do, it was what she had been born to do but she couldn't. She reached down keeping the gun pointed at him and grabbed the car keys.

"Paitence, please listen to me..." Zeek begged as he took a step toward her, she fired a shot into the ground in front of him.

"I SAID STAY THE FUCK BACK!! Or the next one goes into your heart... I don't want you to ever come near me again! If you do I will kill you, make no mistake about that! You filthy mutt!" She warned as she began running down the trail not stopping till she reached the jeep. As soon as she was on the road she began crying her eyes out, why him? Why her Zeek?

(To be continued, slowly adding to it as I go along. I know, I know. Its hard but I will finish it later.)
