Paitence's Private Beach House

All Hardwood floors.
Kitchen: Stove, Fridge, Island Counter Top (Marble), Cabniets full of food and booze, Dishwasher.
Dinning Area: Glass Table with rod iron chairs.
Living Area: TV, White couch and arm chair.
Upstairs are two bedroom and the bathroom, with a large deck outside the master bedroom where Paitence sleeps.
Outside is a wrap around porch that goes around the entire house, a beach and dock where you can fish.
